Practical information: Accomodation in the Rifugio- Dormitory-style lodging with three, four and five persons in a room with sheets and covers in the beds except in the where you need a sheet sleeping bag. You should expect to share facilities, including showers. You should bring a towel to shower. There's a dining room for dinner and breakfast where you can also purchase wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks. They are located in spectacular mountain settings, but there is little privacy

desire to learn and explore. And the combination of the beautiful
Dolomites in
full bloom and long summer days is ideal for hiking in these beautiful
landscape. The close-knit and varied network of paths, offers the
possibility
of enjoying the forests, rock faces, rivers, lakes and the outstanding
beauty
of the Monti Pallidi, the PaleMountains.
This itinerary lets us visit by foot some of the most
incredible areas in the Dolomites and three of the valleys of the
famous Sella
massif, Val Badia, Val Gardena and Val di Fassa. All these valleys are
populated by a ladin speaking minority and it is not unusual to see
street
signs and paths signed in Ladin, German and English.
From famous places like Sella, Rosengarten, Catinaccio
and Vajolet mountain groups to the less known but spectacular rock
masses of
the Sassolungo andSassopiatto
massifs.
